Continuing Education

Sessions designated with CPE, CME, or CNE symbols in the brochure are approved for continuing Pharmacy, Medical, and Nursing credit respectively. To receive a credit certificate for your attendance at these sessions, complete the online attendance verification form (will be linked from here during the conference). To claim pharmacy credit, you must also complete individual session evaluations, either on paper or online, for each session for which you are claiming credit. Be sure to put your name on the evaluation so it can be matched to your attendance verification form.

The deadline for submitting your attendance verification form is October 29, 2010. Certificates will be mailed approximately 12 weeks following the conference.
