Individual reservations (up to 9 rooms) must be cancelled by August 30, 2013. If reservations are cancelled after the cut-off date, a cancellation fee of two night's rooms and tax will apply (for specified number of rooms cancelled) and fees will be applied to credit card on file in MeetingMax.
Group reservations (10 or more rooms) must be cancelled by August 15, 2013, and a final rooming list is due at this time. If group reservations are cancelled within the 30 day period of arrival date, a cancellation fee of two night's room and tax will apply (for specific number of rooms cancelled) and fees will be applied to credit card on file in Meetings Max.
