UGM Hotel Policy
Individual reservations (up to 9 rooms) must cancel 7 days prior to arrival date. If reservations are cancelled within the 7 day period of arrival date, a cancellation fee of two night's room and tax will apply (for specified number of rooms cancelled) and fees will be applied to credit card on file in Meeting Max.
Group reservations (10 or more rooms) must cancel 30 days prior to arrival date and a rooming list is due at this time. If group reservations are cancelled within the 30 day period of arrival date, a cancellation fee of two night's room and tax will apply (for specified number of rooms cancelled) and fees will be applied to credit card on file in Meeting Max.
