REGISTRATION & HOTEL RESERVATIONS IN THE UGM BLOCK OPEN JUNE 16

UGM attendees must be fully-COVID-19-vaccinated and will be required to pre-register for the conference. Onsite registration will not be available. Attendees will be asked to attest to their vaccination status during the registration process.

UGM is in-person at Epic's campus in Verona, Wisconsin. For those who cannot attend in person, the General Session: Executive Address & Cool Stuff Ahead will be livestreamed on Tuesday, August 22 from 8:45-noon Central. A link to register for the livestream will be available in June. Additionally, session materials and recordings for most sessions will be available on the Session Archive site post-UGM.

CANCELLATION POLICY

    Is UGM in-person or online for 2022?
    UGM is in-person at Epic's campus in Verona, Wisconsin. For those who cannot attend in-person, the General Session: Executive Address & Cool Stuff Ahead will be livestreamed on Tuesday, August 22 from 8:45-noon central.     What are the COVID-19 health & safety precautions?
    All attendees must be fully vaccinated. We are following the current CDC guidelines for being fully vaccinated, which does not include a booster.

    Can I earn Continuing Education Credit by attending UGM?
    UGM is accredited for Continuing Medical, Nursing, and Pharmacy Education for in-person attendance. To claim credit, complete an online evaluation for each session you attend. After completing all applicable evaluations, click the Submit Credit Letter button to generate your attendance documentation.

    How can I view previous UGM session materials & audio recordings?
    Previous UGM slides and audio are available on the Session Archive site. A UserWeb account is required to view the materials.

    What are future UGM dates?
    2023: August 21-23

    Are there Mothers Rooms available?
    Yes, Mothers Rooms are located throughout the Learning Campus and Deep Space buildings and can be reserved at Mir Information Desk when you arrive onsite. Each Mothers Room has a power outlet, sink, comfortable chair, and mini refrigerator available for use.

    What should I wear?
    Whatever you're most comfortable in. Attendees typically dress on the casual side of business casual.

    What meals are included at the event?
    Breakfast and lunch are provided each day, along with an afternoon snack. Dinner is also provided on Tuesday.
