Breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack are provided each day, as well as the Sunday night Taste of Epic and the Tuesday night dinner.

Campus is closed to visitors during UGM conference hours. All UGM activities – including tours, meals, and sessions – are intended for registered attendees. For a list of things to do and sites to see in Madison, check out the Visitor Bureau’s website.

Yes, mothers rooms are located throughout the Learning Campus and Deep Space buildings and can be reserved at Mir Information Desk when you arrive onsite.
Each mothers room has a power outlet, sink, comfortable chair, and mini refrigerator available for use.

Some UGM sessions are accredited for Continuing Medical, Nursing, and Pharmacy Education. Attendees can complete an evaluation for each session attended to retrieve a certificate of completion. If you’re looking for general attendance credit, you will be able to generate attendance documentation after completing evaluations.

If you chose the invoice option and would like to switch to a credit/debit card, access your registration here, select “View Your Registration”, and under “Billing Information”, select “pay with credit card”.
